Join us for a masterclass with artist Clare McLaughlin and engage all your senses as we explore a non-visual appreciation of art. With a focus on artworks in the University College Cork art collection, the artist will facilitate participants to experience artworks using touch and encouraging new experiences of artworks that can enable a deeper understanding of artist’s intentions, techniques and materials.
Clare McLaughlin is the artist behind Seen-Unseen project, a project that facilitates gallery visits with a focus on understanding access to art for people who are blind or visually impaired.
No experience required and all materials are provided.
